Entertainment Events Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Tixees ticketing platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service. By purchasing tickets or otherwise using Tixees, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, as well as data generated through your use of the Service:

Identity & Contact: Full name, email address, and phone number (when provided for SMS reminders).
Payment: Payment card details are collected and processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. We never store raw card numbers on our servers. We do receive and retain the last four digits of your card, card brand, billing zip code, and Stripe transaction identifiers for order records.
Transaction Data: Event name, ticket type, quantity, purchase price, order number, and purchase timestamp.
Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected automatically via server logs and cookies.
Communications: Messages you send to us via email or any support channel.

2. How We Use Your Information

Process and fulfill your ticket purchases and send order confirmations.
Deliver your tickets via email, including QR codes and event details.
Send pre-event reminders and post-show communications (if you opt in to SMS/email notifications).
Notify you of waitlist availability when requested.
Facilitate ticket transfers when you initiate them.
Respond to customer service inquiries.
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions.
Comply with legal obligations.
Improve and optimize our platform (using aggregated, de-identified analytics).

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, maintain session state, and analyze how visitors interact with the Service. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of certain features (such as cart persistence).

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your browsing data to advertising networks.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your personal information only in the following circumstances:

Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs any data shared with them. See stripe.com/privacy.
Telnyx LLC — SMS delivery for event reminders and notifications. Telnyx receives your phone number only when you opt in to text messages.
Google LLC — Google Wallet pass delivery (optional). If you add your ticket to Google Wallet, Google receives pass metadata as described in Google's privacy policy.
Event Organizers — We share your name, email, ticket type, and order details with the event organizer for door management and event operations.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Ticket and transaction records are generally retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for financial and tax compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us (see Section 9), subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

Opt-Out of Communications: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe from text messages.

Opt out of the sale of personal information (not applicable — we do not sell personal information).
Non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
