How does pricing work?
We charge $1 + 3% per ticket sold. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or hidden charges. You can pass the fee to buyers or absorb it — your choice.
How do I get paid?
You connect your bank account through Stripe during setup. Ticket revenue goes directly to your Stripe account, minus the platform fee. Stripe handles all payouts to your bank on their standard schedule (typically 2 business days).
Do I need a Stripe account?
You'll create one during the signup process — it takes about 3 minutes. If you already have a Stripe account, you can connect it directly. Stripe handles all payment compliance and security.
Can I sell tickets on my own website?
Yes! We provide an embeddable ticket widget that you can add to any website with a single line of code. Fans can buy tickets without ever leaving your site.
How does check-in work?
Every ticket has a unique QR code. Use our mobile scanner app (works on any smartphone) to scan tickets at the door. You'll see real-time check-in stats on your dashboard.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. There are no contracts, no minimum commitments, and no cancellation fees. You can stop using Tixees at any time. We earn your business event by event.
What about refunds?
You control your refund policy. You can issue full or partial refunds directly from your dashboard. Stripe processing fees for refunded tickets are returned as well.
Can I add team members?
Yes. You can invite team members with different roles — admins, box office staff, and door staff. Each person gets their own login.
