Create a new event in four easy steps.
Recommended: 1200x400 or wider. Keep text/faces within the center 600x260 of 1200x400. JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, max 10 MB.
Use this when the marketplace card needs its own 3:2 artwork. If left blank, the banner art is shown fully with a blurred fill.
Paste a YouTube or Vimeo URL — it will be embedded on the event page.
MP4, MOV recommended. Large files may take a moment to upload.
Add one or more ticket tiers. Each tier can have its own price, quantity, and access level.
Applied to each ticket. Leave 0 for no facility fee.
Enter tax settings supplied by your organization. Tixees applies the settings you enter and adds tax to the advertised price at checkout; changing them later never changes historical orders.
Donations are always nontaxable. Custom fees are taxed only when their Taxable box is selected.
Required whenever this event collects admission or item tax. Tixees does not determine or certify your tax settings. Consult your tax adviser or the applicable tax authority.
Automatically raise prices as the show date approaches or tickets sell out. The higher of the two adjustments applies. The base price is always shown with a strikethrough when a higher price is active.
e.g. 1.5 = tickets can go up to 150% of base price. Prices will never exceed this cap.
Allow buyers to add an optional donation during checkout. Great for nonprofits and fundraisers.
Example: 5, 10, 25, 50, custom
Let buyers add parking, merch, food/drink packages during checkout.
"Share this event, get $X off when friends buy." Creates a viral loop that drives ticket sales.
Dollar amount the sharer earns as a promo credit.
How many friends must buy before the reward is issued.
Review your event details and choose to publish immediately or save as a draft.
Add post-purchase upsells shown on the confirmation page — upgrades, add-ons, and cross-sell shows. Save the event first (Step 4) before adding upsells.
